Fly by Wire is one of the most extreme sensations that one can experience in a lifetime. This unique installation was created in 1998 by Neil Harrap and is located outside Queenstown, New Zealand. The hybrid seems like a rocket ship and it is powered by a 60 hp aircraft engine which reaches the maximum speed of 171 km/h. Harrap also designed a complex system of massive cables that have been bolted to the sides of a rocky gorge, in order to provide a longer flight (6 minutes) and to let the passenger of the rocket ship to make crazy maneuvers.
