The video is about a fearless dude practicing urban skiing tied to a car in downtown Bucharest, the capital of Romania. Usually, these are streets filled with people and car traffic, which is why seeing the snowy landscapes can be quite puzzling to some. But despite this minor oddity, it did happen, someone actually skied in Bucharest and all our cheers go out to that person. Cheers! Don’t mind the police at the end, they were just paying their tribute 🙂
